Processing & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Duration: After shipping, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • No Weekend Shipping: Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier issues, or other external factors.

  • We Do Not Ship To:

    Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington State.

Order Modifications

  • Change or Cancel Order: Orders can be changed only before they are fulfilled. Email us at support@perks7oh.com with your request.

  • Shipping Address Changes: Due to age verification requirements, we do not allow address changes after an order is placed. You may update your shipping address in your account for future purchases.

 


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.


 

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • The product(s)

    • Inner packaging

    • Outer shipping box

      (If multiple items are damaged, all must be shown in a single photo.)

     

  2. Email the photos to support@perks7oh.com for assistance.

  3. If you purchased Route Shipping Insurance, you may also file a claim here.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • A 3-day waiting period is required before submitting a lost/stolen package claim.

  • If you purchased Route Insurance, file a claim here.


 

Return Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns.

  • If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return or exchange inquiries.


 

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item:

  • Email us at support@perks7oh.com with a photo of the incorrect product and the packing slip.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly.

  • For items under $25 or closeout products, we may issue store credit or a refund rather than a replacement.


 

Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors provided by the customer.
