Due to the nature of hemp-derived THC products sold on perks7oh.com, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
If you receive a defective, leaking, or malfunctioning item, please do the following:

Keep the original packaging.

Provide proof of purchase.

Provide a photo that clearly shows visible damage or leakage.

For electronic products, provide a short video that demonstrates the malfunction.
Submit all required documentation to support@perks7oh.com. Verified defective items will receive store credit only. Shipping, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All canceled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the original order total. This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
COUPON CODES AND SALES TERMS

Only one coupon code may be used per order.

Reward points and coupon codes cannot be combined; if both are applied, the system will prioritize reward points.

Coupon codes do not apply to bundles, weekly deals, clearance items, or other discounted products.

Expired offers are not honored. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive notices about future promotions.

ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
By agreeing to these TOS, you and perks7oh.com agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
Before initiating arbitration, you must first contact support@perks7oh.com to attempt informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 120 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules.

Remedies: Arbitrators may award the same remedies available in court.

Claims must be brought individually; class, collective, and representative claims are waived.

Arbitrator decisions are final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
30-DAY OPT-OUT
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver within 30 days of accepting these TOS by emailing support@perks7oh.com. If you validly opt out, neither party will be bound by this arbitration clause.
